Grade 310 is an austenitic stainless steel renowned for its exceptional high-temperature properties, good ductility, and weldability. Type 310 stainless steel pipes are specifically designed for elevated temperature applications. The high chromium and nickel content provides these pipes with excellent resistance to corrosion and oxidation, as well as superior strength retention at temperatures up to 2100°F (approximately 1150°C). This superior composition makes it outperform 304 or 309 stainless steel pipes.
