Z81-Z120 refers to the zinc coating weight grade of hot-dip galvanized steel sheets, where Z stands for Zinc and the number represents the total weight of the double-sided zinc coating in grams per square meter (g/m²). The Z81-Z120 coating grade means double-sided zinc coating weight between 81-120g/m², providing thicker zinc protection compared to ordinary galvanized products (such as Z60-Z80). These high-zinc ERW welded pipes are formed by high-frequency resistance welding and then overall hot-dip galvanized, ensuring uniform zinc coverage on both inner and outer walls and weld areas. In outdoor humid, industrial pollution, and salt spray environments, service life can be extended by 2-3 times .
