Galvanized carbon steel welded pipe is manufactured using Q235 carbon structural steel as the base material, formed through High-Frequency Resistance Welding (ERW) or Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welding (LSAW), followed by overall hot-dip galvanizing treatment. Q235 steel offers excellent weldability and comprehensive mechanical properties, with yield strength ≥235MPa, tensile strength 375-500MPa, and elongation ≥26%, making it an ideal base material for structural pipes and fluid transmission pipes. The hot-dip galvanizing process ensures uniform zinc coating on both inner and outer walls and weld areas, extending service life by 2-3 times in outdoor humid, industrial pollution, and salt spray environments.
